Supratha joined Balance Family Law in July 2023 and serves as Operations Manager, overseeing the firm’s day-to-day operations. She works closely with leadership and the team to ensure the practice runs smoothly, with a focus on structure, consistency, and efficiency.
Her role centres on designing and maintaining clear processes and systems, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflow management, and continuous process improvement.
