While we broke the traditional law firm mould when we created Balance Family Law, we have been conscious not to create a new mould, with its own restrictions.
This has led to the establishment of our agile micro-practice, that is able to adapt and leverage change. We have created freedom of choice: Clients are offered options to meet their needs and budget, and we can focus on our interests to achieve a better ‘whole of life balance’.
How?
- We work to our strengths. We don’t do it all. But the stuff we do, we love it and we excel at it.
- You may have heard a rumour that “we don’t do court at Balance”. What this actually means that we are extremely adept at keeping our clients OUT of court.
- You’ll rarely find us in corporate attire. We prioritise comfort and you’ll often find us in jeans and a T-shirt. Our clients prefer our laid back, fuss-free style – they don’t feel like they have to dress up to see their lawyers.
- We are a fixed fee firm! That means no time sheets, no billing targets, no dreaded bill shock for clients.
